Hello! I am Anita Nielson and I am a school counselor for the Aberdeen Public School District 6-1. I have been a school counselor in rural Alaska for a year and have been with Aberdeen for the rest of my career. I am always looking for advice and suggestions that will help me connect with my elementary students. During that time, I've been Head Girls BB for 3 years, Head Boys BB for 24 years, and a track coach for 32 years. I retired as Head Boys BB coach in 2015, then coached 3-8 girls/boy's bb for a few years and then went back to being an assistant with the girls and boys programs at the high school. It's been good, and I still enjoy being around the kids. I need 1 credit to recertify so I better start grinding
